Looking for a new house is supposed to be time consuming and sometimes a hassle, but you made it soooo FUN! Finding the right homes for me to look at saved me so much time too. The real test of client satisfaction is probably how well the job was done and how long the client is pleased with the services provided. Connie is a street smart professional. She is pleasant and very knowledgeable. We decided on the value of our home, executed the contract in late February and were very motivated sellers, having found the "spec" home of our dreams. She went to work: developed and revised the home fact sheet, advertised and I'm sure paid for supplemental advertising, and showed the home frequently. The home was spoken for after receiving two written offers on the same day. We closed in late May and everything went well.

My son decided apartment living was not for him and wanted to buy a house. We found the home he wanted. It was a repo home. As you know, the red tape, hoops and bidding process isn't a breeze. Connie only had to deal with a few additional problems. During the bid process and compiling a lifetime of records for the loan application, and trying to get the bond money, (without the low interest loan, the house would not be affordable). We found out he got the bid, but had no way to pay for it. We had to find a new loan program and start all over, but time was running out on the closing date. Connie's upbeat attitude kept the ball rolling and we didn't get discouraged. With many phone calls, and a lot of prayers it all came together. My son closed on his home. Without Connie's patience, knowledge, understanding and pure perseverance, this American dream of owning your own home would have been just that, a dream.

The agent I chose was Connie Hamilton. The reason I chose her as my agent was that she was so energetic and had a positive attitude. She was very anxious to do anything possible to help me sell my house and locate another in a very short time. It was a great pleasure to work with Connie, she is great!
